How it works

We make it quick to reach a water treatment company that serves your address.

  1. You call or send a request

Tell us your town, whether you're on city water or a private well, and what's going on: scale, spots, a softener that stopped working, or drinking water you want to treat.

  2. We connect you with a local company

Calls and requests go to an independent water treatment company that serves the Prescott area.

  3. The company handles the job

They quote, schedule and do the work. Pricing, warranties and terms come from them directly.

What we are and aren't

Prescott Water Softeners is a referral service, not a contractor. We don't send crews or employ technicians, and we don't set prices. Using the site is free for homeowners.

The Arizona Registrar of Contractors has a Water Conditioning Equipment license (R-54 residential, CR-54 dual), and plumbing licenses also cover some of this work. Unlicensed work is only allowed on small jobs under $1,000 total that don't need a building permit. Look up the company's license on the ROC website, ask what classification it holds, and get a written quote that lists the equipment, the install details and the warranty.
